What do I need to get started?

Your business name, the state you want to form in, a business address and the names of the owners. Not sure about the name yet? Start anyway and we can work it out together.

Which states can you file in?

We prepare and file LLC paperwork for every U.S. state. Registered agent service is available for Maryland businesses. In other states we help you choose a registered agent.

Who pays the state filing fees?

Filing fees are set by each state and are paid straight to the state. You see the exact amount before anything is filed.

How long does it take?

Once we have your details, we prepare your filing for you to review. How long the state takes after that depends on the state. Your website and accounts are set up while the filing is processed.
